With three decades of business expertise in the hospitality, tourism and service industry, and I have always been passionate about and fully committed to taking the standards of customer service, insight and care to the next level.
Originally from France, I have lived in Jersey since 2000. After managing and project managing the development of some of the most prestigious hotels in Jersey, delivering exceptional service standards became my ultimate career goal.
This moment in your life when you know something need to change or your life or else! Following my divorce, working in a hotel 12 to 14 hours a day with an au-pair at home looking after my children, I knew things had to change. So I took a leap of faith, resigned, sold my house and used the profit to set up the business.
Capitalising on the experience gained I decided that businesses everywhere could offer a more positive and fulfilling customer and employee experience simply by implementing a strategic plan and training program to help lift service standards which has the added benefit of increased profitability.
In 2014, I was a finalist in the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise of the Year Award, at the Jersey Business Awards for Enterprise; and in the same year, I was thrilled to be awarded Director of the Year Award for Small Business, by The Institute of Directors, Jersey Branch. And in 2015 I came 2nd in the Women in Business Award in the UK. And this year I have made the made it to the “Global Top 30 Customer Service Guru for 2018”.
I run networking events across the Channel Islands; Speed Buzzing are networking events, which have expanded rapidly and I published my book, “Thrive with the Hive”, a practical guide for service excellence in 2016, followed by my online Customer Service Course, it was a busy year…
Setting up on my own was the best decision I have ever made and having successfully developed my business, I want to give other womenpreneurs in the world the power to become the owner of their own business and have a harmonious life and business. I wanted to share the experience with other hence the reason for setting up the Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience Franchise opportunity. This franchise opportunity is here to raise the levels of customer service globally but also to stimulate women’s potential in business and raise their participation in the process of social and economic development, ultimately stimulating economic growth.
And finally, I have just launched in June 2018 a new Business StartUp Box, 5 steps customer focused framework to fast track entrepreneurs startup success. The Business Startup Box takes the pressure off entrepreneurs as they build their business so they can concentrate on doing what they do best – looking after their customers and offering exceptional products and services.

Debbie has more than 20 years experience working in the retail sector. Prior to moving to Jersey in 2006 Debbie worked as a multi-site Store Manager for Thresher Group with responsibility for all aspects of recruitment, training, customer service, sales, stock management and cash control.
Debbie has worked for Marks & Spencer whilst bringing up her family, before joining Claire in 2013. Debbie brings with her a wealth of experience in delivering outstanding customer service and an in depth knowledge of how retail businesses operate.

Our Mystery Shopping teams
Our team of 30 shoppers were carefully selected in November 2009 and have been trained to the highest standards with a passion and drive to help deliver customer service excellence.
We set up our Guernsey Team in March 2010 after an International company had requested that a project include Guernsey branches. We recruited 10 Mystery shoppers who were especially trained for the project. We’ve joined the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce to help us participate in local community events.
Isle of Man
We put together a small local Manx’s team of shoppers in March 2010 to help a Pan-Island Company evaluate all of their branches, on the 3 islands.
Isle of Wight
We set up a team in the Isle of Wight Team in July 2012 upon the request of an International company. 10 Mystery shoppers were then recruited and trained for the project to include their Isle of Wight Branch. Being part of the Isle of Wight Community is important and joining the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce enables us to participate in local community events.
