Without understanding masculine and feminine energy, businesses can be very much out of balance.

“Relationship”  is the biggest game on the planet and we are in rapport to everything that surrounds us. We have to build strong rapport with our internal and external customers by putting them in the middle of everything we do.

Businesses leaders must be more compassionate by better communication, caring, supporting and engaging with their employees. They must be nurturing, valuing and guiding their customers through their journey in a creative and inspiring way at an emotional level, ultimately building a sustainable service culture.

Who I am?

Hi, I am Miriam, 37, I am a pro-active and result oriented person with broad experience in all aspects of Sales and Customer Care management as well as excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.

I have a bachelor degree in Commerce from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a diploma in Personnel Management and A certificate in Front office operations from Utalii College.  In addition to that, I have over ten years work experience, working in the hospitality industry both locally and in the UK.

Currently, I am a stay at home mum, running a part-time business whereby I import and sell baby and beauty products.  I have also been doing conference rapporteuring on a consultancy basis. And I am looking forward to taking on this Franchise Opportunity and working as The Busy Queen Bee Nairobi to help local businesses to improve their customer service.

A vital component in optimum customer service is having empathy for the various points of view of ALL stakeholders involved in the business. We must assess the perspective of both our employees and customers to be able to see the bigger picture of where we should be headed in terms of delivering an optimum customer experience. It is only when you look after your employees first, that they can look after your customers, during, before and after, then you can truly deliver excellent customer service at all levels.

Ultimately, by delivering exceptional customer service consistently, not only will you “bee” a thriving business, but the local economy will be thriving too, it can only be a good thing!!
